My stay was very pleasant, no reason to complain, I would have stayed for longer. This hotel is a super base for a weekend in Charlotte. The staff is especially helpful and exceptional.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Charlotte. The hotel was exceptionally clean with hot breakfasts.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The place turned out to be good value in comparison to other hotels. We loved our normal double rooms and the staff was absolutely beautiful. Location next to the Malls, the Interstate 77 and airport.

Carpeted room, busy bar, well-trained staff. Rooms with king bed. Milk, breads, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit provided in the morning. Personalized service provided there too.

it was an enjoyable stay and i definitely want to stay in that area again. the room was clean and the breakfast was good. spectacular view, a large balcony, large bed, too. early check in and superb service.

Professional staff, absolutely great rooms and great value. A good outdoor restaurant was open on site. Incredible view of sea. Hotel offered a bar in the lobby...

Tbh Wi-Fi was bad, and the bed was narrow.

It was a just perfect experience. Obliging staff, unbeatable location, comfy bed. The breakfast was fresh made with plenty of options. Top notch service too.
